The view from here II . . .

The end of July and the month of August were a whirlwind! Lot's of guests, activity and a bit of traveling!
Jaron and cousin "Sissa" - as she calls herself (Alyssa).
They're 6 months apart and they have a blast together!

Jaron and Great Grandpa Mitchem
My parents, sister and niece came from Spokane and My Grandpa and Grandma came from Trail - they parked their RV's in front of our house and in the driveway. It was like our own little compound. Other than enjoying each other, we picked pounds and pounds of blueberries!!!
Dinner at a friend's house involved a ride on a 4 wheeler and a Kubota tractor - Jaron was in heaven.

This crazy kid is really into Kubota tractors. While we were at our friend's house, Jaron said, "Hey Dad, look at the size of that payloader!"

My favorite kind of family photo!

After being in Spokane for the weekend and then home for 48 hours, I got the call that my sister was in labor. I made a mad dash to Spokane and made it 15 minutes before Kaitlyn was born! What a joy and privileged to be part of that moment!

After coming home from Spokane, I attended my 10 year college reunion (what a blast!) and had more family visit. Now we're gearing up for a trip to Michigan here soon to see Geoff's family!!!
